For this project with Rising Tide Ranch, a sober living community, I was commissioned to create a bold illustration based on a unique client concept: a rooster riding a skateboard while carrying a surfboard. It was a fun and imaginative challenge. After all, how would a chicken even hold a surfboard or ride a skateboard? I developed both color and black and white versions to provide flexibility across various applications. The final design captures the energetic and offbeat spirit of the ranch, blending surf and skate culture with rural charm. To complement my illustrative style, I paired the artwork with a typewriter inspired font, reinforcing the rustic, laid back tone the client envisioned.
