For the annual senior art show at Point Loma Nazarene University, the poster I created pays homage to the iconic style of the late artist Ed Roth. Featuring an illustration reminiscent of Roth's signature aesthetic, a roaring hot rod takes center stage, with twist, with a cap and gown clad monster at the wheel, leaving a trail of vibrant smoke in its wake. Within the billowing clouds, a collection of art and design related objects dance, while the smoke itself cleverly forms the number '23,' symbolizing the graduating class of 2023. Alongside event details, the tagline "One Last Lap" captures the bittersweet essence of the occasion, marking the completion of my journey through higher education and the beginning of a new chapter in my life.
